1. General Policy

At I2skill, we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below carefully.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Online Courses

Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been completed.

Digital Products (eBooks, downloadable resources)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Workshops or Live Sessions

Refunds for workshops or live sessions may be requested up to 48 hours before the event starts. No refunds will be issued once the event has begun.

Important:

All approved refunds will be processed after deducting a 5% VAT amount from the total payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If more than 20% of a course has been completed.
  • For any digital product (such as eBooks or PDF guides) after download or access.
  • If the refund request is made after the eligible refund period.
  • In cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of platform terms and policies.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us via email or our official Facebook Page Messenger with your purchase details and the reason for requesting a refund.
  • Our support team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Transaction or gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted.

5. Special Circumstances

In rare situations such as technical issues, duplicate payments, or unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately. Each case will be reviewed individually.

6. Policy Changes

I2skill reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated through our platform.
